Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined below, including how the customer can book and complete payments with Espíritu Patagón., Ltd. This document constitutes an agreement between the parties and form part of a contract subject to conditions.
MAKE A RESERVATION
To make a formal reservation with Espíritu Patagón , each person or travel agency must pay 100% of the total cost of the trip. Your booking with us will not be confirmed until your payment has been completed. Once received the payment, we will send you a voucher with the details of your booking as proof of payment.
MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
Up to 24 hours after your booking has been requested, you can request changes in the itinerary; however, this is not guaranteed to 100%, depending on the availability of the services. Until you reach the vessel, the trip can't be guaranteed and could be sold by a third party or result in additional charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
All requests for cancellation and any refunds must be requested in writing and sent to Espíritu Patagón; depending on the termination date, you can return the following percentages:

*After 45 days, the amount paid will not be refunded in any form or in holidays that include: 24, 25 December or 1 January.

NOTE
In accordance with the discretion of Espíritu Patagón Ltd and depending on availability, we can offer the customer the opportunity to change the date of travel for a future date, during the same year, at the same price or a higher price of the booked tour. Under no circumstances shall return the payment after the closing date stipulated. There will be no refunds for joining late to the trip or to retire early.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Espíritu Patagón does not cover the costs incurred by your method of payment by transfer fees PayPal account or exchange rates unfavorable. Please, take this into account when making the transaction for the amount received exactly matches the cost of your trip. All the prices are indicated only in CLP (chilean pesos). If you want to pay in another currency, the exchange rate is taken on the day of payment. Save your tracking number.

CANCELLATIONS ON THE PART OF ESPÍRITU PATAGÓN
Espíritu Patagón is authorized to cancel services until 12 hours before the date of travel, whether it is due to external elements, since these are phenomena beyond the control of Spirit Patagonian, such as wars, protests, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather conditions, environmental emergencies, interruptions to the traffic problems of water, and transportation, etc, In such circumstances, the customer has the right to a full refund of the cost of the trip; make another trip of the same value you your previous option or, for a trip that cost more, pay the difference. Espíritu Patagón is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the cancellation of a trip. For this reason we recommend you buy insurance that includes cancellation.
