A visit to a stay traditional where you'll be able to participate in field activities, spend time with local gauchos and discover how the families of patagonia have adapted and thrived in an environment as challenging.
You will enjoy a typical dish of lamb roast slowly to the stick while you learn about the stories and customs that are part of the living heritage of the region.
A day to reconnect with what is essential to appreciate the resilience of rural life and experience the true identity of the Patagonia deep.
The experience begins with a warm welcome in the area, barbecue, accompanied by folk music and a hot drink. You'll learn the history of Magellan, its rooms and the family traditions that form part of its living heritage.
During the tour you will explore the facilities of the stay, including greenhouse, vegetable garden, wood shed, chicken coop, pesebreras and zones of shearing. Also you will participate in a hike along with dogs ovejeros to gather the herd, and interact with the sheep and photograph various animals of the stay, such as ducks, chickens, horses, lambs, and more.
Then, you'll go through the beautiful landscapes of Patagonia on a horseback ride.
The day continues with a true roast magellanic lamb, accompanied by roasted potatoes, sopaipillas, pebre, fresh salads, vegetables and wine. To finish, you can enjoy a homemade dessert prepared with ingredients of the stay itself.
